I have a dream...
I have a dream that, now that St Paul's church is open most days, there should be someone available in church to offer coffee and a chat, but I am aware that I lack the energy and time to make this dream a reality on my own.
As a start, I wonder if we might manage to offer this service one morning a week – maybe a Tuesday or Thursday so as not to clash with St Matthew's or perhaps it would be good to have it on a Wednesday to complement what already happens so effectively at St Matthew's. Although this might fill in part the gap left by the end of GAMP, it would be my hope that this could reach across the generations and provide a welcome respite for any and for all. It could then be followed, say once a month, by lunch at The Roebuck or Leaf and Bean if this was wanted.
